My hours reserved for client sessions are Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM-6 PM.

My general business hours are Monday-Thursday 11 AM-7 PM ET. During this time, I will be available to read and respond to emails, calls, and texts. I am not available outside of this time window.

I am not an emergency or crisis service; please allow 48-72 hours for a response. If there is a mental health emergency, please text or call 988 for assistance. If it is not an emergency, but you are wanting to speak with someone who will listen and offer you support, you can call the Florida Warm Line at 800-945-1355.

My schedule is standing appointments, meaning the same day/time is used for meeting with you each week. Please ensure your availability aligns with this.
