My hours reserved for client sessions are Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM-6 PM.

My general business hours are Monday-Thursday 11 AM-7 PM ET. During this time, I will be available to read and respond to emails, calls, and texts. I am not available outside of this time window. Emails and texts sent after hours or on weekends will be read and responded to on Mondays.

I am not an emergency or crisis service; please allow 48-72 hours for a response. If there is a mental health emergency, please text or call 988 for assistance. My schedule is standing appointments, meaning the same day/time is used for meeting with you each week. Please ensure your availability aligns with this. If you are interested in bi-weekly sessions, we will first evaluate if this frequency is appropriate for your clinical needs.
